Dr. Jocelyn Markowicz, M.Ed., Ph.D., MSCP

Dr. Markowicz is the Founder and CEO of Rosemary & Bees™ LLC and a Licensed Counseling and Conditional Prescribing Psychologist. Independently licensed to practice in Michigan, California, and New Mexico, she also holds additional credentials as a conditional prescribing psychologist in New Mexico. She has more  than 15 years of experience providing psychological services across medical, correctional, academic, government, and community agency settings.

Throughout her career, she has served children, adolescents, and adults, with expertise spanning psychotherapy, psychological assessment and evaluation, consultation, program development, and behavioral health leadership. Her advanced training in  

psychopharmacology further enhances her clinical perspective and supports a comprehensive, holistic understanding of psychological care. While Rosemary & Bees™ LLC does not provide prescribing or medication management services, Dr. Markowicz’s specialized education and training inform her broader approach to understanding the complex relationship between psychological, behavioral, and biological factors in mental health.
